#5857:Gladiator NXT Y-Axis constantly getting de-calibrated

hello, I have issues with my new Gladiator NXT Joystick. Required info below, the ticket number is 5857.
Y Axis center position shift a LOT after just a few movements. Had been using the stick for 2 weeks, 16hours in DCS. First noticed the issue yesterday when my Su27 started pulling down on runway and I couldn't get it up. I have reset the joystick only to notice it get worse and worse over time. I flashed the firmware recalibrated, but nothing helps. After 10 minutes of testing the Y axis is shifted almost completely to the right as shown on the vkbdevcfg screenshot. Please assist.

1 - Gladiator NXT Right
2 - Controller Firmware version 2.055
3 - Number and type of springs used default pre-installed springs as delivered
4 - Тype of cams used N/A
5 - If VKB original software is used, please always mention its version issue visible in vkbdevcfg 0.91.96, no other software used for calibration, in DCS I have only assigned the buttons

The reason for this behavior of the axis is extremely simple - the magnet of this particular axis has come unstuck. Corrected in 5min. with a few drops of glue. Unfortunately, this happens, sorry. During assembly, this particular assembly will be more thoroughly checked.

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same issue with the same model of stick ordered on the 31st July '21. Stick performed perfectly fine with casual use for a month or so before this began occurring. Before I attempt this fix, should I still open a support ticket to help the company track the issue?
Also does it matter what type of adhesive is used to restick the sensor?

Use any one that sticks metal to plastic. You do not need to open anything in the ticket, we know about it.

Thanks. I had the exact same issue. I just reglued the magnet. Let's hope it stay in place this time.
