Feature Request: Dev Config v0.9196 Please add stand alone modifier key (eg ALT, Ctrl, Shift) keypress capability

Enhancement Request: Please add the ability to send stand alone modifier keypress events L/R Alt; Shift; Ctrl; WIN; without the need to pair them with another key.
Justification: Several games use the modifier keys in combination with the mouse wheel or mouse button presses. Some games like Star Citizen use some of the modifier keys as action keys. The current version of VKBDevCfg-C v0.91.96 requires that an additional key be selected when using any of the modifier keys.
Impact: Adding this feature will eliminate the need to add an additional software layer (eg: ControlMyJoystick) to interpret the flight stick commands. Or it will eliminate the need for registry hack to ignore specific keyboard scan codes (eg: Key-******* [key-Pwr]).
Usage: This will be most convenient for those of us using dual VKB flight sticks as we can use one hand to hold the modifier key and the other to press the required mouse control or other button press. Adding this feature will also eliminate one more "reach for the keyboard" event.
Future Proof: Adding this feature will allow us to use our VKB Flight sticks in many games that the original designer / developer may not have considered use-cases for. (eg: No Mans Sky, X4 Foundations ... Satisfactory! )
I love my VKB Kosmosima sticks! Given the investment, I am trying to use them in many of the games that I play. I believe this will be a convenient addition for many of your customers who use the advanced flexibility designed into VKB Device Config software. A previous How-To question for this feature has had 6000+ views on the forum.
