Hello ! Huge fan, and I've had my Gladiator II with FCS handle upgrade for a little over two years ? I love this JS. Best purchase I've ever made.

I was playing Elite Dangerous tonight and the middle hat button broke off ! Nothing electrical, just the plastic button. Snapped clean off. It's not the external push on hat/cap, it's the little stick on the inside.

Cant complain, Two years and lots of use and this is the only issue aside from the initial setup. Everything else is perfect.

How do I get a replacement, and maybe one or two extra ?

I just got the new pins, in aluminum ( nice upgrade over plastic ! ).

This is why I am happy I made the upgrade to VKB. I can actually FIX the joystick instead of throwing it out and buying a new one. Best gaming purchase I've ever made.
