Left Gladiator NXT is taller than the Right

Left Gladiator NXT is taller than the Right

So I just noticed my left stick is taller than the right. The stem is longer. I attached a picture side by side as you can notice the rapid fire triggers are different heights. Is this just a manufacturing change or something else?

If the stem is longer then the left one is not seating properly on the base.
