Hello,

About a year ago I was gifted the following:

Gunfighter Mk.III ‘Space Combat Edition’ Tabletop grip and base.

The sensor has a bit of build-up, what looks to be rust or some sort of copper. I can provide images if need be. This has made it difficult for me to play flight sim games as the stick input sometimes behaves erratically. Is there any way for me to exchange the sensor parts? Could you guys please help me out? Thank you!

That looks... wow. How did it got in this condition?
That's actually not the sensor, but the connector. And if it looks so bad on the outside I must be even messier inside the base.
Create an account here and fill up a service ticket please. Open up the base, take as many pictures as you could take with the insides and submit them with your ticket. Make sure the pictures are focused and in good light.

It looks wet. Is that water?

Or has gotten wet and not immediately dried off. That green oxidation on the brass parts didn't happen overnight.
