Gladiator NXT Buttons on stick not working

None of the button on my stick are working. I ran the DevCFG program, and it doesn't see any of the stick buttons, but it does see x and y axis movement, base buttons (27, 28, 29) and the throttle and both wheels. When I power on the joystick, or hit restart in the devcfg, the oval and small circular led lights at the top of the stick, comke on briefly and then go off. The unit is a Gladiator NXT R v2.010. I was working for a months, then did this. Thanks for any help or advice.

Take out the base plate and check the 3 wires cable that goes up to the grip. Is it broken? If it's not just disconnect it and plug it back.

I checked the cable, from the stick, and it is plugged in, and has voltage going inside the stick.

Press the Default button under Tools tab and try again.

I hit the default button in tools and the lights at the top of the stick came on again briefly, but there was no effect on any of the stick buttons. It said I need to recalibrate, so I did, and again, no effect and none of the buttons working. Thank you for your help. Anything else I should try?

Let's update the firmware and software to the latest; please follow exactly these steps:
1. Download the configurator;
2. Download the bootloader;
3. Download the firmware package;
4. Unzip all the 3 files in the same folder;
5. Launch VKBDevCfg as Admin and click the Bootloader button under Tools tab;
6. Navigate to the firmware file folder and load up the file called _Gladiator_NXT_v2_05_5.vkb;
7. After the bootloader finishes launch VKBDevCfg and click the Default button under Tools tab;
8. Go to Test/Axes1 tab and click on the Start Calibr button;
9. Move your pitch, roll and yaw axes all the way, slowly at the end;
10. Move the mini-throttle up and down and the A1 ministick all the way around;
11. Press the End Calibr button.

I followed all the instructions and flashed it to the version you had advised and reset it to default and then calibrated. Unfortunately, I'm getting the same problem, no change. I made sure to get those exact files and run the the devcfg as admin. It flashed and read, went to default and calibrated with no problem, but still no change in the problems. It seems like the stick has gone bad, but the base is fine. Is there any way that I could get a replacement stick under the warranty? Thanks for your help.

It shouldn't be a Gladiator stick. Did you change something in profile?
You can click Default button to reset it.

That is why screenshots from the configurator are much more informative than any words. When reset to Default, you should have the correct knob and the buttons should work.
