Summary...
VKB Gunfighter Pro Ultimate stopped working. Red LED on Blackbox. Found broken pin in lower connector of the 200mm extension. Not sure how this occurred. I did have a recent event where the lower part of the stick started turning/loose while I was using a flight sim. Possibly did not have the lower pin tight enough. I reset the stick the stick and it worked for several days but today it stopped working. I have picture of the lower end of the 200mm extension and a picture of the pin which fell out when I removed the 200mm extension from the base. The Gunfighter Grip works OK when connected to the base without the 200mm extension.

Hi James, let's please stick with this to the ticketing system. It's easier to work from there and more eyes on your issue too.
Just upload all your pictures over there, there's no limit for the number of uploads; more the better.

No problem. Your email requested I post the pictures. I could not find a procedure to post pictures to the ticketing system so I took post to mean post to the forum. If there is a process to post pictures to the ticketing system I just did not search enough. Anyway, thanks for forwarding the pictures to the ticketing system and thanks for your response.

Just reply to the last message and add pictures like to any email, as attachments.
