(Gladiator NXT) What's this bush for?

I've just purchased a Gladiator NXT Premium, for using in Prepar3D and MS Flight Simulator. Since I'll fly from the captain side, I ordered the left stick. Anyway, I found this bush in the base box, with the screwdriver:

Where should this bush go? I can´t see anything in the Quick Start video.

I have two more questions, but I'll better open a new thread for each. Hope you understand.
