So from the title all the buttons on my Gladiator NXT isn't working as well the rudder axis, I'm not sure if my pin is broken or something but physically I can still click them but the when in DCS the in the controls menu when I click them it does not show up.

Before binding in game try your buttons and axes in a tester. Download VKBDevCfg, navigate to Test/Buttons and try your buttons; try axes in Test/Axes. If it doesn't work then it's a hardware issue. If it works, then you're doing something wrong when trying to bind in game.

Does joystick work in any other application?

I'm pretty sure its a hardware issue as when the rudder axis and the buttons aren't showing up, Im pretty sure the pin is secure and in place and not damaged
