After MK I upgrade blackbox not recognised

Hello,

I just received today the upgrade kit for my Gunfighter base MK I (with a TM Warthog stick). After assembling everything as per VKB's video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Do6E8971FqY ), when I plug the orange black box in my USB port the black box LEDs don't illuminate, and the joystick is not recognised by VKBDevCfg (the list in the upper area stays empty). I tried several USB ports. If I disconnect the joystick and only plug the black box on its own, the black box is recognised and the LEDs illuminate (SYS blue, and a red blinking "STICK" light). I double checked all board connections, they're correct as per the video.

Is there a problem with the new circuit board, preventing the black box to get recognised ?

I think you have to swap the red with the yellow wire in the 3 wires cable. Compare your set up with this one here.

You were right ! The video was confusing on this point, as I clearly remember trying to look for the order of these wires when 1st installing. Thanks a lot, it works now.
