MCG PRO on GF II X- axis travel and instability

In the last year or so I keep getting calibration problems with the X axis.
Usually recalibration works, but now, even that won't fix it.
Today i noticed it when i entered DCS and the Aircraft just rolled violently to the right.
When i checked the axis Settings i couldn't even register the X axis.
So I exited the game and checked in the VKB device config software, and was amazed to see the X axis drifts strongly to the right.
After several calibrations attempts, i now understand there's something Wrong with the hardware.

Here's a short video on YouTube to show it:

Check the connections inside the base. Disconnect all white plugs and plug them back firmly. When assembling it back make sure the wires are away from moving parts.

Yeah already done that I'm afraid..
I also rang the wires with multimeter from plug to plug.
Didn't find anything...

Take out the X axis sensor PCB and see if the magnet is clean, with no metal shards attached.

Checked it. It's clean, but i noticed something else:
1. The magnet seems to be not seated flush with the disc.

2. There's a leftover of cured glue on the disc, i guess from the time the magnet was glued in.

Show the Profile-Axes tab from the configurator after calibration. Installing magnet and glue will not affect your problem.
