I have a Gladiator K Right hand Premium.
I have all the hat switches mapped as hats instead of individual buttons. This get's around the 32 button limit in some games and for games that show hat numbers it helps me know which control something is bound to.

All firmware versions I tried past 2.00.7 hats 3 and 4 no longer work. On the test screen in VKBDevCfg it still shows that I have all 4 hats but no button presses register for the 3rd and 4th hats.

I've tried resetting to default and recreating my profile in case something didn't transfer properly from my old one and it still doesn't work. I just tried this with VKBDevCfg v0.91.96 and firmware 2.05.5xt

I'm wondering if there is anything different I need to configure in the newer firmware to get this working the way it did before or if this is a bug or removed feature. Thanks

Try firmware version 2.058 NG - it works there. Only assign to logical buttons. I had to spread my fingers to press all 3 HATs to take a screenshot with the other hand .

Yup that works. It's going to take some time for me to figure out how things work with the NG firmware so for now I'll stay on 2.007 until I have time to completely redo my profile with the new firmware.

Hey Patrick, there's a brand new firmware (2.06.2)which fixed the bug, so you could get 4 POVs. Don't forget to get the latest configurator also.

Thanks again. This one worked without changing anything in my profile.
Although I went and changed my config to use the logical layer anyways since that seems to be the preferred way of doing it.
