My week old VKB Gladiator has jittering problem on the X-axis when I hold the stick to the right. The left X-axis holds perfect and also up and down on the Y-axis. It also does not return to center properly on the X-Axis. I have a YT video link with VKB Device Config Test to show the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated it. Love this flight stick but this is super annoying.

Edit: I'll also add I recalibrated with default settings and no change.

Flash attached firmware please, following these steps:
1. Download the configurator;
2. Download the bootloader;
3. Download the attached firmware;
4. Unzip all the 3 files in the same folder;
5. Launch VKBDevCfg as Admin and click the Bootloader button under Tools tab;
6. Navigate to the firmware file folder and load it up;
7. After the bootloader finishes launch VKBDevCfg and click the Default button under Tools tab;
8. Go to Test/Axes1 tab and click on the Start Calibr button;
9. Move your pitch, roll and yaw axes all the way, slowly at the end;
10. Move the mini-throttle up and down;
11. Press the End Calibr button.
Check in tester again, better with this one.

Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
Great so that solved the Jittering. Appreciate that. Now I still have the problem that it won't center by itself on the X AXIS from the far right. All other directions center fine. Here is a video. I have to manually center it back.

Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
Try a new calibration without forcing center position. Springs used? Deadzones modified?
Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
Stock springs. Default curves for testing. I'll add curves when I get it sorted. I do have a new problem though the blue and red lights are now blinking. Didn't have that before.

Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
Please follow exactly steps 7-11. LEDs are blinking because of an improper calibration.
Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
Ok everything seems to be sorted. Had to add a deadzone for centering. Is that normal for these models? Does it have anything to do with the dust cover? I appreciate you going through this with me.

Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
The X AXIS coming back to center from left stops at different spot than coming back from right. So the only way to have it center is to add an aggressive response curve. I hope that makes sense.

Re: VKB Gladiator NXT X-AXIS Jitter on Right Side
I would suggest to run without any curves for a few days, could be the grease settling in.
I would also suggest to open the base plate and check inside to make sure the wires are out of the way and the cable has some slack so it won't interfere with moving parts.
Could you post a screenshot with Profile/Axes/Physical and Logical axes?

Calibration looks fine, give it another try in a few days.
