Hello there.
Simple question (I guess): can I install Kosmosima grip (rev. B) with a twist from F14 on a Gladiator MK2 base with upgrade kit?

I don't understand the F14 part of the message, but a Kosmosima RevB could be used together with the Gladiator MKII if an upgrade kit is applied.

As I understand a twist of the Kosmosima grip was changed from the original to the one used in a F-14 grip... So it won't be an issue?

Actually both F-14 and Kosmosima grips are just using the same type of connector (twist module). You could use them both on an upgraded Gladiator MKII. Same with KG12 grip. MCG Pro possible, but not recommended. MCGU won’t work, too heavy.
