Feel like I can't get enough resistance out of the gunfighter base

I'm using the Gunfighter MK.III with the MCG Ultimate grip and a 200mm extension. I've got two #50 springs per axis with the dry clutch as tight as possible and yet I still feel like the resistance is too light.

I'm able to push the stick all the way with just my finger, and the base still oscillates quite a bit when centred - Here's a video demonstrating what I mean: https://streamable.com/f6hedk

Have you tried less spring? Like maybe only one #50 per axis?

?

I'm trying to increase the resistance, not decrease it.

Yeah but sounds like your total spring force is overcoming the damper affect maybe?

You could try the Avia cams, they have an aggressive curve at the end of range to replicate air resistance, maybe they would fit you better.
But your worst problem at this point is the connectivity - as shown in your video your grip is losing contact with the base; this could come from either extension-to-base connection or grip-to-extension connection.

Oh, I didn't realise that's what those white lights meant. I'll see if I can fix that. Thanks for informing me.

[edit]

I reattached the grip to the extension and that seems to have fixed it.

Release the fastener and press gently on the grip while tightening the fastener. Repeat for extension.
