MCG Ultimate Grip some button randomly activating

Hi,
My current setup is:
- VKB Device Config 0.91.78 (NJoy Firmware v2.03.0)
- VKBsim Gunfighter MCG Ultimate v2.025
I've had this stick for 2-3 years I think and I've done the upgrade from mkII -> mkIII and recently upgraded from the Pro grip to the Ultimate version.
It's been working pretty well since the upgrade it's only just recently that I've started observing weird issues.
For example, I could be playing DCS, and all of a sudden for no reason... a button (Which was the press of the hat switch) to go into Air to Air mode would be pressed.
I also noticed the LEDs on the stick (Both of them) would turn white for few seconds and go back to normal.
As if it got disconnected and reconnected instantly.
It happens rarely tho, so I don't know what could be the issue, maybe it happens 2 or 3 times in a 4-hour session.
Does anyone know what the cause for this would be?
I tried re-seating the grip thinking it might be a contact issue but it happened again after that so I'm not sure ...
Thx
