Gladiator K spring - support ticket unresponsive

I recently had a spring break on my Gladiator K, and I opened a warranty support ticket (#2658) for the issue. After some initial communication and sending some pictures, I have not heard back in a full week, including a request for an update. How can I get my issue resolved? I'm stuck here with a broken product and no response from VKB.
