New Gladiator NXT - Broken Contact on USB board

For my recently purchased Gladiator NXT Premium Right, the contact for the grip has broken off and shattered.
What are my options for repairs?
Is it possible to order a replacement part?
Do I need to order a replacement stick?
If I purchase an NXT Premium Left, will it come with a suitable replacement board?
