Address blacklisted

Hi, this week I tried to buy the last Ultimate, but debit card was declined. Bank officers told me that was the store who rejected the order, you told me was the bank.
Some minutes ago I tried again, now ordering pedals (Ultimate is out), but I get:
Address "1 Aeropost Way, SCL-131158, Miami, US, FL, 33206-3206" is blacklisted likely due to a fraudulent dispute against us in the past, or any other breach of our Terms & Conditions for this site or any other site under our management.

I am from Chile, I could buy from Aliexpress and I would prefer to order from there, but you only offer DHL/Fedex, in my Country these kind of couriers are known for doing arbitrary charges, so I discarded this option. I decided to order from VKB NA, so an intermediary can import the product to Chile and this way I know beforehand what I have to pay for the imports. This intermediary is Aeropost, they are widely known in Latin America for importing goods.
Please, check the address so I can finally put the order. Much better if you decide to offer Aliexpress Standard Shipping, this is a very reliable service, I buy very frequently in Ali and I have no had problems with that service.

If you'll google on that address you'll understand why is blacklisted. And yes, it's been blacklisted by the vendor's payment platform (PayPal is blocking that address too). Sorry, but there's nothing to do about it.
