Hi,
I recently purchased both a Right and Left Premium Gladiator NXT stick. Both arrived yesterday, assembly was easy. Got into game and noticed that my Right stick's y-axis back did not have as much range as y-axis forward. I tried resetting to default and flashing the firmware a few times and still no progress. The y-axis back does not register.

2. Firmware v2.025
3. Default springs from factory
4. Default cams from factory
5. VKBDevCfg(v0.91.78) / ZBootloader (v1.18)
6. Test screenshots below/attached
7. VKBdevCfg screenshots below/attached
Appreciate the help - love the sticks, just need to get this ironed out.
Thanks!

Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Press the Default button again, then get back to the same chart from the third picture you’ve posted, click the Start Calibr button, move the grip along pitch and roll axes all the way, slowly, without pushing at the edge, a few times. Twist it left and right. Then do the same with the mini throttle. Press on the A1 ministick center button so the small red LED turns on and move the ministick up and down, left and right. When done press the End Calibr and you’re good to go.
Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Appreciate the quick reply - just executed the steps you mentioned, and the y-axis backward direction still does not register. All other directions work and show up in the calibration (including the A1 ministick).
Just took these 2 screenshots to show the y-axis forward and y-axis back, the back direction still does not register.

Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Open up the base and check the magnet, could be something similar with this post.
Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
I followed the video and post you provided, my stick is disassembled. I'm not really savvy with this stuff, so have no idea how to flip the magnet or what to look for. Screenshots below:

Reassembled, and still have an issue with the y-axis registering.

Screenshots of profile after calibration. Went through default and re-calibration. Still an issue with the Y axis.

Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Your captures shows like you started the calibration and activated only the ministick and minithrottle. Could you please try again, making sure you're following step by step my first post in this thread? Please do not skip any steps.
Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
I have done the steps in the order you originally outlined. Followed them again and made a video to show that the y-axis is not registering - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqDDhLKFIDs

Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Your calibration procedure is fine, but unfortunately the pitch and roll axes are still stuck. Please fill up a service ticket and include a link to this thread.

Re: Gladiator Y-Axis BACK not registering
Your X and Y axes are not calibrated - this is indicated by the numbers 255, 255 in the physical axes.
When calibrating, I advise you to be in the Profile-Axes tab (and not in the Test) and move the axes more vigorously, lingering at the edges for half a second.
Then, after calibrating and rebooting the controller, it will be seen instantly by the changed numbers whether the calibration was completed or not.
I also advise you to update the firmware from here to the extreme.
