Can you please help me to understand if the buttons are not functioning or is it something else. In the testing page for the buttons 3 buttons are always activated.
What can that be? I attached the picture as well.

Press that big square Default button and recalibrate.

Did it once again and it is the same, 3 buttons activated red.

Post 2 screenshots: Profile/Buttons/Physical and Logical. Don't cut off the header, post the whole window.

Please see attached. Shall I also share the serial number to ensure that I sue the right profile?

In Profile/Buttons/Physical Layer check the Poll box on the right side. Are the Line6/Reg3, Reg4, Reg5 cells lighten up?

Yes all three. Picture attached.

Any ideas or advice on the issue with the buttons not functioning?

Try to press Flaps forward, B1 and B2 buttons. These buttons are mapped to yours. That are always activated. If nothing happens try to unscrew bottom and look at buttons.

Pressing the buttons does nothing. I will remove the lower plate and post the pictures here.

Looked inside and it didn’t seem to have any defects for the buttons that do not function. Pictures attached as well.
Would appreciate any other suggestions/recommendations.

How old is Gladiator? Do the buttons misbehave from the beginning?

Gladiator was received so in Apr-May 2020 and worked well from the beginning. Then I didn’t touch it for long time and just this week I started to use it again and discovered that 3 buttons don’t function.

As shown on the pictures electronics and mechanics look new without any visible defects or damage.

Try to disconnect the white plugs and plug them back. If still not working fill up a service ticket (or write to warranty@vkb-sim.pro).

Tried to unplug and plug the cables for electronics but same failure with 3 buttons always shown as activated and not working.
