VKB-SIM

Hi everyone,

My gladiator NXT used to work just fine (blue light when plugged in). Tried to use it today (it's been about 2 weeks since last trying) and it is no longer recognized.

* When you first plug in the controller, you'll see a brief white and red light
* Then no lights

Here's what VKBDevCfg and ZBootloader look like:



I've turned off my pc and back on, I've tried doing a hard reset by shorting the boot pins. While shorting, and plugging in, I get the white and red light - no changes in zbootloader or vkbdevcfg.
Could anyone please help? Thanks!

Disconnect and plug back the white connectors inside the base. Plug into the computer directly, not through any USB hub.

No luck - still the same. Not recognized in vkbdevcfg nor zbootloader, and still the white and red light. I've also tried in a couple of different usb sockets on the PC.

Any other computer/laptop available to try it on?

Yes - tried it on 2 other machines. After plugging in, just white with red light and then lights off. Checked in vkbdevcfg, nothing in the top left area.

Then I think it's time to fill up a service ticket.
