I never took the gapped parts apart they came like that.

Thank you! I was able to put a ticket in. If the person addressing the ticket sees this forum I linked this picture might help. The C-clip was loose when i got the stick so when i twisted it a few times it popped off. I was able to bend it back and put it back on and it seems to be working great now.

I am currently working with the VKB technical support team to solve the issue. No fix as of yet, I am confident we will get there. Once we do it is an amazing stick. I am excited! Did you have the same issue?

I am having the same issue with my center top Hat/Mini stick slot. I am fairly confident that it is a problem with the pogo pins actuating properly and a mechanical tolerance problem. One of the pins does not actuate fully and I believe it is keeping some of the other pins from contacting. A small washer behind the stick housing and in front of the HOTOS body mount seems to work. I will also be contacting support. This is really frustrating since the stick is so expensive.

Please wait for support before throwing more metal parts on a PCB. If there's something wrong with the pins you'll get a new module.
