How hard do you have to press the SCG stick into the base? I try screwing it in from the bottom, but the screws just fall out. I also lost a screw. Can support send me some extras? Can it work with 2 screws in the meantime?

Just press on it, you'll feel when it's seated. Alternatively use a flashlight and check from underneath the there's still space between the grip and the base. Watch the wires, make sure they're not between parts.

Since I lost a screw, can someone give the the screw specs (head type and size and length?)? I want to buy some more. And a better screwdriver.

Edit: I am referring to the 3 black screws that attach the stick to the base.

You can close this topic. I was using the 3 black screws that came with the stick which are for who knows what. I had to use the ones that came with the base.
