Buttons and axis do no show in the test window for my SCG/gunfighter Mk.3. Just blank windows. Any solutions?

What test window? Windows, VKB Joytester, VKBdevcfg?

1 - Device model and version: VKB SCG/Gunfighter mk3
2 - Controller Firmware version: v1.996
3 - Number and type of springs used: 2x soft
4 - Тype of cams used: 2x avia soft center
5 - If VKB original software is used, please always mention its version: vkb device config v0.91.78

Axis and buttons/POVs dont show in the device config.

Press the Default button under Tools tab and recalibrate afterwards. It would also be advisable to update both the native software and firmware from here, following the guide.

Updated everything to the latest firmware and am now getting this popup window.

Computer related issue. Either change computer, or kill background running software, or try again in Safe Mode.
