Hi,
I keep getting Phantom inputs. I have uploaded a video of the effects I get in the VKB tool. First 30 seconds show how stuttery my roll input is, also random fluctuations on the brake lever, I did not even touch the brake lever. Last 15 seconds of the video you can see the red POV switch fluctuating.
The stick is GF Mk1 with MCG Pro. I have updated to the latest firmware found here https://vkbcontrollers.com/?page_id=4609

Please could someone advise. I am waiting on a response to a support ticket I have already raised.

Re: Phantom inputs
Hey Andi,
Your software and firmware are older than the ones on the link you've indicated, please get the latest from here. Then follow this guide to flash and calibrate your device (please don't skip any steps and follow exactly).
After calibration run the same tests again and please report back if that's still a problem.

Re: Phantom inputs
Hi Fallout,
thanks for your reply. I have followed the instructions you provided exactly, after downloading all the items suggested in the video from the link you sent. Sadly it has not improved anything. My POV1 still jumps, my brake still jumps, and my X AXIS is rough at the extremities. I use POV1 for trim and while it is jumping it forces my aircraft into a dive or climb without warning.

Re: Phantom inputs
Try to flash the attached firmware. Please don't forget to reset to default between flashing and calibrating.

Re: Phantom inputs
Thanks, but this has not improved anything. I clicked the default icon before recalibrating. The brake is not twitching nor is the master mode, but the master mode is not functional down or right. In the AXIs is still moves slower to the right than to the left, and the same with down. There is still noise on the X axis.

Re: Phantom inputs
Same as above, updated screenshot please. Also screenshot with Test/External Devices, click on grip and base and include the Comm Error windows in screenshot.

Please press the square Default button and calibrate. Post the same Profile/Axes updated screenshot when done.
