Your mistake in connecting the twist cable was exactly that. I only saw it later in your photo.
The board initially, from the factory, looks exactly like this - with a plastic part that excludes the wrong connection of the loop, a key.
You do not have it - therefore, the loop is connected with a 180-degree turn (incorrect).
Give me the ticket number of your appeal.

Just to avoid any misunderstandings - you are referring to this part, right? I think I understand the situation now, the wires were in the correct terminals from the beginning, it's just that I had plugged it in the wrong way because the plastic part wasn't present.
