I want to know if we should provide lubrication or any other servicing / maintenance on the NXT joysticks.

Should we do it for example every 300 hours of use?

VKB uses NyoGel in Gimbal System of latest Gladiator NXT. That Grease will last long a while.

Was just a metaphor, but if you didn't liked it here's a straight answer: don't bother counting the time you're using the joystick, just regrease it when you feel it needs regreasing (hint: that'd be a long while).
