Hello,

I recently received a VKB Gladiator NXT Premium for use with Star Wars Squadrons and other games. I tried to set everything up in Squadrons but I am having a issue with the stick that makes it frustrating to use. I have button 21, the second trigger above the main trigger, set to certain things in the game however it seems that it is activating when I am pressing other buttons. When I try and use any of the buttons on A3 or even just moving the stick sometimes it seems to activate button 21. I'm unsure if this is a software problem or a hardware problem. A friend of mine has the exact same stick and doesn't seem to have these issues. If there's any additional information that is needed please let me know.

Use the tester in VKBDevCfg and try to replicate. If it's no show then you assigned something wrong in game.

I had the tester running and logging while I was flying and it did definitely register button 21 activations at the same time as button 7 activations. It didn't happen as much this time, but it was still happening.

Please open VKBDevCfg, press the Default button under Tools tab, then calibrate.

I have done that and the problem still persists. It also seems to happen more frequently the longer I use the stick.

I have a similar issue, when I move my gunfighter stick, it activates buttons 23, 18 and 9

Post a video guys, with both joystick and tester visible on screen.

My 4 button also seems to be going in and out now as well.

Have you open up the stick to change the ministick? If you did, open it up again and check the fires inside.
If you haven't then open up the base and see if the 3 wires coming out of the grip are not getting caught up between moving parts or at the connection of the grip with the base (the 3 screws area).

I haven't changed the mini stick. I owned up the base and nothing is pinching the wires. I opened up the stick to see if anything glaring was wrong, but I didn't see anything. I just put the stick back together and tested it. It's still having the same issues. Unsure what I should do at this point.

Please post a screenshot with Profile/Axes/Logical and Physical axes.

I'm unsure how to get to that. Could you provide me some instructions?

Open VKBDevCfg, click on the Profile tab, then Axes tab, make sure Physical Axes and Logical Axes charts are exposed and take a screenshot.

I'm unsure what the logs say so any help that can be given on my issue is appreciated.
