Gladiator NXT POV

Just got the Gladiator NXT premium with left grip.

Having issues with the POV hat in that the bottom half does not work. I used the VKB button tester and whenever I try to issue a down facing POV command, it registers a down command but then immediately after also a corresponding up command, effectively cancelling the two commands out. Same for bottom left or bottom right, using either button gives me a corresponding top left or top right command that cancels it all out.

In FS 2020 I can pan around up, left and right but I can't pan around in any down direction because of the above.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Looks uncalibrated. Please run again the calibration and make sure the ministick is in axes mode (red LED on) while calibrating.
