Multimedia Buttons

Postby Kennainath » Wed Jan 06, 2021 22:24

Hello everyone,
I recently got myself a MCG Pro (and Gunfighter MkIII). The stick itself is absolutely amazing, however I do not manage to get the multimedia/audio functions of the DevCfg to work (which would be pretty handy, since using the keyboard while flying in VR is rather annoying).

I am using the Blackbox Mk2 (which came with the stick). The software is configured as shown below.

download/file.php?mode=view&id=10050

Thank you for taking the time to look into my issue.

Best regards
David

Hey David, navigate to Global/Common, set up the Keyboard Mode on Classic, check the Multimedia option and press Set to save.

HI, thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately my global tab looks as seen on the third image.
I don't seem to have the "multimedia" checkbox. I have been looking for it
before, but did not find it.

Open the file called zconfig.ini, located in the same folder with the configurator and add this line: User=Developer under [user] section.

Thanks a lot! That did it and I most certainly would not have figured that out by myself.
That will make handling my music while flying a lot more comfortable.
Again, thank you very much for your help!

My fault, should've mentioned from the beginning. But glad you're set now :)
