I'VE SPOKEN WITH MY BANK AND THEY SAY THERE IS NO REASON FORM THEIR END THAT THE CARD WOULD BE DECLINED.
SO HOW DO I DO BUSSINESS WITH YOU?

I could only assure you that no legit debit or credit card would be refused during ordering from any VKB websites. Maybe you've exceeded daily limit for the day you were trying to order? Maybe your card can't be used for online transactions? Maybe you've entered wrong data?
