Just got a Gladiator NXT for Christmas. I already owned a Gunfighter MKIII and the NXT has insanely sticky x/y axis comparatively. I've already swapped to weaker springs and it didn't make a difference. When I say "sticky" I mean, after full deflection it takes nearly a half second for the stick to center itself.
Is this normal? On the MKIII I would adjust the tension but I can't figure out how to do that with the NXT.
Is this a common issue or is there something wrong with my stick?

Re: Gladiator NXT "thick" x/y axis
This is because of the grease, not the springs. If you don't like it you could clean it up and and use your choice of grease, here's a guide to do that. I would suggest though to give it some time before replacing it, maybe you'll get used to it; after all, how many times during a flight you're releasing the grip?
Re: Gladiator NXT "thick" x/y axis
That's kinda crazy. One of the reasons I use dual sticks is to do with responsiveness, and with this grease this stick is actually harder to move around than my Thrustmaster throttle, and I stopped using that because of how un-responsive it was.

On the throttle there's mechanical friction; on the stick there's only grease dampening: as I said before, you could clean up the factory grease and use whatever you like.
