VKB DevConfig Not Finding Gladiator NXT Premium

I recently received my Gladiator NXT. I ran through the configuration routine and my flight Sims are registering the stick just fine. VKB DevConfig does not register the stick however. So When I load it up I can't see my stick. Windows sees the stick no problem.

The blue LED on the right is on consistently and the red LED on the right is blinking.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Try changing USB ports, killing background running software, starting VKBDevCfg as Admin.
The LEDs in described status shows an uncalibrated device. You'll have to calibrate it either through VKBDevCfg or cold calibrate it (within 10 seconds after connecting the joystick to USSB simultaneously press the 3 F buttons on the base and move all the axes along their whole range: pitch, roll, twist, ministick and mini-throttle); when done pull the trigger to end calibration).

How have you ran configuration? Without VKBDevCfg? Please show screenshot of VKBDevCfg.

Attached is an image of my DevConfig screen.

Plugged it in to a new USB port and ran it through the basic configuration routine by pressing the 3 face buttons. The Blue LED is now stable. My DevConfig software still doesn't register it.

Thanks

First of all you're using pretty old software, get the latest from here please. Second, there could be some background utility like Logitech, Aorus, Razer etc that could inhibate the VKB config - kill that kind of utilities while running it. You could also try to run it as Admin or simply try it on another computer/laptop.
