Gladiator NXT Premium Left is much "stickier" than Premium Right

Hi,
I ordered a VKB Gladiator NXT Premium Right in October. Assembled it, didn't use it yet.
Bought a VKB Gladiator NXT Premium Left this month (December).
When I assembled this one, it's pitch, yaw, and roll is noticeably stickier/smoother.
The Premium Right (earlier this year) provides almost no tension in pitch, roll, or yaw in comparison.
Which stick is acting "appropriately", how do I fix the other one, does it need to be returned? I can assume maybe the springs are somehow not tight on the Premium Right from earlier this year, but the yaw seems lik eit'd be something wrong in the stick, overall it provides no tension at all in any direction in comparison.
HOSAS with this would be difficult because of the differences, feel like completely different sticks.

- If I move the Premium Right to the side and let go, it bounces around before returning to center.
- if I do the same with the Premium Left, it slowly returns to center with no bounce.
