T-Rudder Mark IV not functioning after firmware update

My Rudders had been functioning fine though they wouldn't show up in a few games. I recently got a new Gladiator NXT stick and while configuring it noticed there was a firmware update for my rudders. I applied the update, and since then the rudders do not function.
