Kosmosima Rapid fire trigger not installed correctly on arrival

Hey team,
I have 2x Kosmosima grips. I noticed I get a very sore hand using one of the grips, and looking closer it takes excessive force to activate the rapid fire trigger.
Taking apart the grip we can see the rapid fire trigger is actually hitting and grinding against a PCB before it can connect with the button, and this is causing the need for excessive force to trigger the button. There's a picture below which shows the PCB grinding & wear. Video link here: https://streamable.com/qdghb2
I've only had it a few weeks and didn't even notice it was an issue until my second Kosmosima arrived, and the rapid fire trigger activated easily and I did not get a sore hand with that stick. Taking this working grip apart there is enough clearance between the PCB & Trigger so they never make any contact, therefore there is no need for force to activate the trigger.
What should I do to fix the broken trigger? Everything seems tight, but was it just put together incorrectly at the factory? I'm assuming I need to just take it apart & put it back together again and everything should fit correctly as per my other working grip, but I wanted to check here first in case there's specific things I can do rather than take the shotgun approach.
Thanks - any advice is appreciated - I won't use the rapid fire trigger in the meantime.
