I'm having trouble using my T-rudders in DCS World.
The game recognizes the device, and under Rudder AXIS for the Huey I can see JOY_RX as well as the indicator line that responds when I move the pedals.
However, the game will not activate rudders in-flight, which leaves my helicopter in a state of constant rotation. This was not a problem with my CH Pro Pedals.
Other games will recognize the MKIV pedals as well, and in-flight control is totally functional in those games. This leads me to believe that DCS has some kind of internal binding conflict. I've noticed that certain other buttons will not activate in-game either with my Gladiator MKII, such as the top button near the HAT and a few others. Buggy game eh?
A workaround seems like the solution here, perhaps I can have the VKB Config file rename or re-assign the axis to JOY_RZ or JOY_X or something else, aside from _RX.
Is this possible? If so, how would I accomplish this? I've fiddled around with the profile in the program but to no avail.
Has anyone else had this problem or have an alternate fix?
Thanks in advance!

Look here. It's described in manual - how to rename axes.
