Gladiator MK II Mode To Affect All Buttons?

I've seen this mentioned multiple times here but I have not seen an explanation. Can you please either explain how to accomplish this or point me towards a profile where all buttons are affected by MODE, not just the stick?

Check out this profile. In it, the buttons of the A1-C3 base have 2 levels - with and without Shift. I think you should be able to do the same with the Flaps, Start and Eject buttons.
