Gladiator NXT POV Switch

I am having an issue with my Gladiator NXT that i just received today. While trying to calibrate it I noticed the gui would not show the correct position of the pov hat switch. When i try to move the pov switch down, down-right, or down-left it will register for a second before registering it as up, up-right, or up-left. How can i fix this?

You're not supposed to calibrate the ministick in POV mode, it has to be in Axes mode. Click on the Test tab, then Axes tab, click the Start Calibr button and move the grip on X and Y axes, twist it, push the throttle up and down, click on the ministick so the red LED on the head of the grip comes red and check the sliders on the screen moving end to end. Click on End Calibr. at the end.

Ah i didn't realize there was different modes, thank you that fixed it.
