Hi!

As title states, my VKB Gunfighter MK.II (KG14 grip) wont work.
It started with twitchy X & Y axis (didnt take screenshots, wanted to try all options first), tried some compressed air as I heard metal might get stuck between sensors and magnets, but still resulted in a twitchy stick.
Tried updating firmware to 1.99, and now only the buttons work, no input registered in VKB JoyTester or VKBDefCfg-C.
Tried calibrating, still no go, only buttons are registered.
Tried flashing it again, still the same problem.
Tried restart, flashing, restart, calibration, still no go.
All that works is the buttons and thats it.

Open up the base, then unplug and plug back firmly all the white connectors.

Last time I did that it broke white connector off one of the circuit boards and I had to get a replacement and it took 3 months+I had to pay everything and it was in warranty.
Those things are good for plugging in ONCE and then thats it, I tried wriggling one out just now and it wont come out, I KNOW if I use any more force it'll break, and then thats it, out of warranty, done.
If you can GUARANTEE, on your person, a new circuit board/wire/whatever, for FREE, delivered within 2 weeks, if this goes south, then I'll have a gander at it.

All VKB devices are highly serviceable by end user, with easy access and and few tools required. The connectors you're referring to are easy to disconnect, some by just jiggling, some others by pressing a tab before pulling them out. See [url-https://youtu.be/hf90aHYwfOU?t=155]this video[/url] for clarification. There is no need to force them and no, they are DEFINITELY NOT single use.
