Thank you, after clicking Default, the missing option appeared.
Thankfully I was also able to load my profile and restore other configuration.
(Attaching image with new option, I have now checked this box.)

Don't forget to press Set after checking the box. And please update the thread with the results about the computer sleep.

It works! Monitor (and presumably PC also) can now sleep with the pedals connected.

I've been having this same issue. I have an NXT EVO OTA on left, NXT EVO on right. Left is running 2.12, right was running 2.11x so I updated to latest 2.14a. I found the w105 or w10s setting after clicking the default button and "set". However screens didn't turn off. If I close the VKBDevCfg program and reopen it, that w10s setting doesn't populate again. Even tried hitting default again and still doesn't show. The program and perhaps the 2.14a firmware seems to have some kinks in it.

VKBDevCfg writes directly into the joystick's internal memory and if changes can't get saved then it could be something that interferes, like bad USB drivers, old mobo chipset drivers, other software running in the background, like Logitech, Aorus, Razer, Corsair etc. Try to restart in Safe Mode or use another computer to save that power saver feature into the joystick.
