MCG Pro grip failure

Hi guys,

My 7 month old MCG Pro appears to have very suddenly stopped working.

VKB Gunfighter Pro Mk3 MCG RH
VKB NJoy32 PRO v1.975
Using VKB Device config v0.91.34

I was flying along happily in DCS one minute no problems, then respawned in a new aircraft (same session) and when I got airborne none of the buttons presses or axis's on the grip would work.

I restarted everything a few times to no avail, then on further investigation discovered that the button/axis activation's are not registering presses/movement in VKBconfig or Windows control panel. The pitch an roll axis's from the base are still registering fine though.

Thoughts?

Disconnect the grip, clean up the 3 contact pads on the base stem with a bit of alcohol and put the grip back, pressing gently on it while tightening the locking screw.
