The post keeps breaking! I’m out of hat switches to replace it!!

Cant post pictures for some reason. It snaps just under the hat. I have a a lot of your products but this is my last hat... I have gone through 8 now!

I’m Down to my MCG don’t want to use it for parts! Don’t get me wrong I’m not talking shit!! Stating a fact the hat switches keep snapping on my L hand SCG. I know Russians are sensitive lol. Can I get a replacement? SCG L is by far the best! I love it! Pisses me off when the hats snap off! No issues with MCG! Been using my R SCG for parts. going to go find my old gladiator to fix it.

Without a photo, it is difficult to understand what does not work for you or is broken.

Don't mean to hijack but in regards to the A3 hat, does yours also have a very soft click for the upwards action? It's like the upwards action is very soft, the sideways actions are medium soft, and the downwards action has a crisp break

My A3 hat switch also just broke off.

It is soft on up. I just had another one snap. This is the last post I have.

Last time I changed it out I noticed about 2 mm gap. Shaving it down a little may take care of it? This is a first gen stick got it when it first came out.

A3 we need Analog! It’s in the perfect spot for space sims. Strafe up/down. Or the option for a bidirectional slider.
