Carefully disassemble, along the way taking a photo for yourself, so that during assembly there are no questions and no extra parts and screws remain.

I did not disassemble it more,i had a look and it seems to have a little crack on the spring
I am not sure if the spring is right in place or not

Disconnect the 2pin plug and unscrew the small self-tapping screw. Carefully take out the board and gain access to the plastic retainer.
After removing the board, unscrew the self-tapping screw, remove the white plastic spring. And having unscrewed another self-tapping screw, we remove the trigger block. The correct position of the spring should be like this. If this is not the case, we fix it.

It is necessary to lift the board above the protrusion 1 and then pull it in the direction of the arrow from the connector 2.
When it comes out of the connector a little, then a cutout will appear and things will go easier.

Email either the seller or warranty@vkb-sim.pro for a replacement spring request. Unfortunately, it happens.
