Missing plastic dome on GF mk 3

I was wondering if this was normal or maybe someone forgot to assemble the plastic dome on the left analog stick of the GF mk. III
I don't feel like it's much of a big deal. Is it possible to find a compatible sized plastic dome and install it myself or will I have to keep it like this ?

That’s how it’s supposed to be. And don’t worry about covering it, there were no reports about any issues coming from it.

Oh ok, thank you very much. This is my very first flight stick so I had 0 clue about this

You can also close it, if it's important. Made from heat shrink, cut out a circle, made a tight hole and formed a lid in the spherical plane with his finger.

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind. I don't think I'll customize my joystick yet, I have to figure out the software first
