Here is what I did:
1. I edited zconfig.ini
2. Start configurator, clicked "Default" button, here is Global-External-Phys.Axes tab before calibrating:
3. Calibrated all the axis. Here is Global-External-Phys.Axes after calibrating:

Re: Multidevice NG firmware...
I see uncalibrated axes of 2x microsticks. Did you calibrate them? Show screenshot of Global-External-External Devices tabs. And Profile-Axes. Do not crop the screenshot, show the full configurator window.
Go to Settings and activate the check box, as in the picture. When calling the calibration, select only 3,4,5,6 axes, Set, move the micro-sticks, End. We show the screenshot.

Re: Multidevice NG firmware...
Yes, I always calibrate all the axes. I tried calibrating with the partial option checked and 3, 4, 5, 6, but the same results.

here are two videos of calibrating, one from the Joystick view and the other from the software view.

Please see this video, especially this part where is explained that you have to press the Master Mode ministick to switch to axes mode during calibration.

Re: Multidevice NG firmware...
Let's try one more option. Let's change the Spandef coefficients for the microstick axes.
For the 3,4 axis, set 10000 (default 13000) and for the 5,6 axis 13000 (default 20000), press Set, calibrate these axes.
We show the screenshot.

Re: Multidevice NG firmware...
That certainly improved things. After calibration (yes, I put the master mode into axes mode), here is what I saw:
The POV 1 hat switch will work in all directions except down and left. Video here, please note I am not moving the POV stick back to center, I'm am turning it in a circle just like I would do when calibrating as an axis:
https://youtu.be/2PpX_euIIvE
Rot X and Rot Z move at different speeds if you go left or right, up or down.
Rot Z has a reduce range going to the right, left I can't get to 0, but close. Video for these tow issues here:

Re: Multidevice NG firmware...
Ok, POV switch now registers in all directions, it seems to be working fine.
Rot Z & Slider 1 also seem to be working as expected.
The only issue is that Rot X and Rot Y move at different speeds depending on direction. Rot Y moves slow to the left, fast to the right. Rot X moves slower when I press down, faster when I press up. Here is a video:
