Issue with VKB Rudder Pedals after adjusting detent

Hey all, I just received my new pedals and they're great. I wanted to remove the detent and increase the tension. I followed along exactly with the video tutorial VKB has posted on their YouTube channel, and now, the pedals don't work. The computer recognizes them still, but reports they are stuck and full input on one of the pedals. Any advice? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.
