Axis input increases to max then swaps ends

Otherwise, what I'm seeing is when I move my stick in any direction it functions normally til about 75% deflection then swaps to a full deflection opposite input. I can get rid of it with a calibration in VKBdevcfg, but hoping I don't have to manually cal my stick very often. Is there something that causes this that I can avoid?

First of all try to calibrate. Usually it's not frequent procedure.
