VKB-SIM

I tried posting earlier but I don't see it so I will try again. I ordered two new Kosmosima controllers. The right hand one works perfectly. The left hand one does not because the red wire is split in the middle. It looks like it was cut but I'm unsure. So basically there are never ending polling errors and only the x axis works. What can I do for this? I am not good with wiring and it looks to thin and small for me to work with.

Have you considered opening a support ticket with the shop you bought it from? Usually that's the best course of action to get replacement parts shipped to you.
